Refund Policy

Our consulting services reserve professional time and are tailored to each client. This policy explains when refunds may be available unless different written terms were agreed before purchase.

Single consultations

A single consultation canceled at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time is eligible for a full refund or one complimentary reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and missed appointments are non-refundable.

Packages and project work

You may request cancellation of an unused consulting package within seven calendar days of purchase. Any refund will exclude completed sessions, work already performed, delivered materials, and non-recoverable third-party costs. Once a project deliverable or consulting package has been substantially performed, the completed portion is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email your request with the purchaser name, purchase date, and service description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.

Exceptions

If an invoice, proposal, or written engagement contains service-specific refund terms, those terms apply to that purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
