These Terms govern your use of the Solutions Consult LLC website and any consulting services purchased under a written proposal, engagement confirmation, invoice, or similar agreement.

Educational consulting

Our services provide educational information, strategic guidance, and practical business-building support. They do not constitute legal representation, tax preparation, accounting, investment advice, or a guarantee of business formation, funding, revenue, profitability, or any other outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and for engaging appropriately licensed professionals when needed.

Engagements and payment

The scope, schedule, fees, and deliverables for a paid engagement will be described before work begins. Payment is due according to the applicable invoice or checkout terms. Third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, participate in scheduled sessions, review recommendations, and make independent decisions. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or reproduce proprietary materials beyond your personal business use without written permission.

Intellectual property

Solutions Consult LLC retains ownership of its general frameworks, methods, templates, and website content. Ownership or permitted use of client-specific deliverables will follow the written terms of the applicable engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Solutions Consult LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the website, business decisions, third-party services, or results outside our reasonable control. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a written engagement conflicts with these website Terms, the written engagement controls for that service.
